The Idea Was Born

It all began in 2022, when the initial concept of Itek Group emerged, not as a company yet, but as a vision.
A vision to create a more agile, transparent and value-driven way to connect SAP professionals with international opportunities.

The founding idea was simple:

2024

The Plan Takes Shape

By 2024, the project evolved from a concept into a structured plan.
The core team, professionals with years of experience in SAP recruitment and project delivery, started refining timelines, ideas, and processes.

We analysed our previous experiences in the market and began implementing a framework that prioritised:

This was the foundation that would become Itek Group.

At the beginning of 2025, Itek Group was officially founded by a team of four professionals, combining over 20 years of experience in the European SAP market.
